For 4 years, during business trips to Belgorod, I have been staying at your hotel all the time. During my entire stay, I have never seen rudeness or indifference from the staff, which is very encouraging, and the staff's smile is positive. The wedding was held at the Europa restaurant. Everything was top notch!
