We stay at your hotel regularly. The last time we were no exception, we were Sergey, Ekaterina and a Great Dane of Bordeaux named Max. We stayed at the hotel from December 28 to January 1 in room 469. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their attentive attitude towards us and our pet. Despite the heavy workload during the holidays, we were not deprived of attention and care. Special thanks to the restaurant staff for the fresh and delicious food. I especially remember the hodgepodge prepared by Oksana Yurievna, the director of the restaurant. I would like to wish that your hotel always remains in good standing and only adds stars. Hello. I was in your city for professional development. The three days that I stayed at your hotel felt like I was at home, or rather, the hospitality of the receptionists, kind and caring maids.I rested on the second floor, I don't know about the other floors, but now if I'm with you, I'll choose only the second floor.The maids are just great, the rooms are so clean, I haven't seen such cleanliness in hotels yet, to be honest, I couldn't believe it and just climbed into the most inaccessible corner, what do you think, there's not a speck of dust! Once again, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the maids on the second floor. And I lived in room 221 in November.I hope to be with you again in March.I wish you prosperity and good luck in your business.

We celebrated the year 2008 at the hotel. First there was a festive banquet in the restaurant, then a wonderful room (we took 2 studios - No.106,107 with a discount, because visitors to the New Year's event were given discounts). I really liked everything - both the holiday itself and the rooms! Of the Belgorod hotels, you have the most optimally and interestingly designed website, it is very convenient to view the rooms in comparison - both in terms of prices and the \"atmosphere\" in the rooms (other hotels do not provide this feature on their websites). The only negative, in my opinion, is that this year we also considered the option of celebrating the new year with you, but there is no information on the website about the event itself. Either it won't be there at all this year, or you don't consider it necessary to post information on the site... It would be very convenient to find out about upcoming events on the website, and not just read about them already \"post factum\" in the news. Thank you, good luck and grateful customers!

amaks-hotels is just great!!!! We got into it when we were dropped off at the border in 2004!!! There was nothing the city didn't know about Belgorod, but after visiting it, they were amazed!!! now every year we go and stay only with you because there is excellent service, kind people and staff!!
