To prepare the hall, the organizers are given 30 minutes of complementary rental.
The rental price of the conference room includes:
- Set of furniture (chairs, desks);
- Furniture arrangement (according to the customer's wishes and the possibilities of the hall);
- Using pointers;
- Access to Wi-Fi;
- Projection screen, multimedia projector, audio-acoustic equipment, radio microphones (2 pcs.), laptop, flipchart (10 sheets, 3 markers), presenter (clicker) - free of charge if available on a specific date
